Blogs around the fashion world are surprised that Louis Vuitton changed the course of their PR with making a commercial that had nothing to do with celebrities and models. Their new look is commented to evoke more pure emotions although that many have been cynical that buying Louis Vuitton could really take you to the poor house.
Anyway, no one here needs pros & cons Loius, just take a look at the commercial.

Eco Nouveau is definitely a project worth your support not just for the fair cause but also for the solid contribution its artist do for fashion.
As per now the designers involved are Gary Harvey, Bahar Shahpar and Amanda Shi.
Just a quick reminder that Gary is the former Creative Director of Levi’s Europe, and have already debuted his eco-couture line during the London Fashion Week. His projects with Adidas, Stussy, Junya Watanabe and Vivienne Westwood also speak loud for what we can expect for him.
Bahar is a Brooklyn-based, self-taught with solid creative background on multimedia event production, fashion, and publishing. There is a lot going on around her these days although she stays focused on designing her S/S 2008 collection.
Amanda is the creative power behind AVITA – glamorous fashion line using sustainable materials as a way of maintaining a respect for the environment.
These guys went together to build up yet another much needed project supporting ecofashion.

New Arrivals: Dorothy Perkins
Posted on: December 26, 2007
Every week our friends at Dorothy Perkins announce the hottest and the boldest new styles. Here are the ones for this week. This week we have a pencil skirt, cardigan, breasted coat, neck top, a dress and pumps.
Black Pencil Skirt: £20.00. Quite elegant especially if combined with grey floral polo top and platform pumps per your choice. The belt finalizes it perfectly.

Purple Gathered Sleeve Cardigan: £18.00. The puffed sleeves definitely make that style. The buttoning is also very cute, I would wear it with black skinny jeans and grey leopard platform shoes.

Blue Double Breasted Coat: Was £40.00, Now £20.00. You could combine this cutie with either same black skinny jeans or a denim pencil skirt. This item is part of the 50% OFF sale in Dorothy Perkins at the moment.

Black & White Scoop Neck Top: £10.00. To avoid losing the magnet black and white look of the stripes I’d suggest getting this one with indigo skinny jeans and red round toe ankle boots. The ankle boots are also part of the sale so are now just £12.00!

Red Roll Neck Dress: Was £20.00, Now £12.00. The color of this acrylic dress is just adorable just make sure you won’t combine it with other strong colors to lose the effect. It’s also part of the DP sale.

Pewter Pointed Flats: £20.00. You know that the rounded toe flats were the last springs thing, this season we are into the pointed ones though. The silver always make your outfit elegantly simple.
